Delivery Method

We ship all orders via NZ Post to addresses across New Zealand.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days once dispatched.

  • Rural addresses: please allow an extra 1–2 business days.

  • Christmas/New Year period: please allow an extra few days

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate North Island shipping: NZD $6.50 per order

  • Flat rate South Island shipping:  NZD $10.00 per order

  • Free shipping: currently we don't offer this but am looking to in future!

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your NZ Post tracking number.

We care about our impact on the planet. Wherever possible, we use eco‑conscious packaging that is recycled or compostable.
